Reg Gibbs, MS is founder and owner of Rocky Mountain Rehab, P.C. of Billings, Montana.  He earned a BS in Psychology in 1992 and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1994 from Montana State University-Billings.  He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist. 

He has nearly four years of experience in public-sector vocational rehabilitation and for two years was the Outpatient Case Manager for St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, where he administered the day-to-day operations of the Headway Brain Injury Program.  Currently, he provides vocational rehabilitation, medical case management, and life care planning services to the private sector. 

He also is the administrator of the Extended Employment program for the state of Montana as well as database administrator for the state of Idaho’s Extended Employment program.  He has been recognized by Montana district courts, United States district courts, and the Social Security Administration as a rehabilitation and vocational expert. 
    
Reg is a part-time member of the Graduate Faculty at Montana State University-Billings College of Allied Health Professions, Rehabilitation and Mental Health Master’s Degree Program.  He owns Brightsun Technologies, a company that develops software for the rehabilitation industry.
